Sierra State Parks Foundation presents the 3rd Annual Fundraising Gala, “A Night at the Museum: Magic in the Mountains” benefiting the Donner Project. The evening of June 3rd will be filled with magic performed by world renowned magicians Tom Allan and Magical Mary, a gourmet feast from farm and stream by Mountain Magic Catering, wine pairings by Uncorked, a silent auction, and a private cocktail hour inside the museum with passed hors d’oeuvres and wine.
Guest's will have their choice of the following entree's:
“Napa Style” rack of lamb with a hearty marinade using red wine, rosemary, miso, garlic, fresh citrus and honey with sunburst new crop peach and our wild kitchen mint relish paired with 2015 Cave de Tain Syrah, Rhone Valley.
Seared Salmon filets with a lemon, shallot, chardonnay and farmers market basil buerre blanc and Spring Basmati Rice pilaf with Farmers market marinated and grilled baby vegetables paired with 2015 Travis Chardonnay, Monterey County.
Vegetarian organic quinoa pilaf layered with fire roasted peeled and stuffed sweet peppers basil, almond and parmesan pesto balsamic roasted cherry tomatoes paired with 2015 Travis Chardonnay, Monterey County.
