Join us for music in the Vikingsholm castle with musicians John Metras, Paul DaSilva, Noreen Valdes, and Dr. David Nelson featuring an eclectic program of music themed Bach, Bossa Nova, and Beatles. Pianist Paul DaSilva will play the custom 1929 Steinway piano, including classical works from Norway. Vocalist Noreen Valdes will entertain with songs from Broadway to claissical favorites. John Metras is a nationally known player of the cross-strung harp, as well as an award winning guitarist. Dr. Nelson will join his colleagues on both the violin and guitar and will be presenting some orgional pieces created for the evening. Guests will be delighted with a twilight reception in the courtyard with wine from Fawnridge Winery and hors d'oeuvres following this special concert.
Tickets are $100 ($90 for SSPF members) and include the wonderful opportunity to drive down into Emerald Bay.
Guests will meet at DL Bliss State Park no latter than 5pm to drive down to Vikingsholm.
Seating is limited to 30 guests, a reservation is required.
